- Build a re-engagement and retention-focused community (UX, tooling set-up and engagement tactics)
- Run user research to inform community, content and event strategies
- Plan and facilitate live virtual events - educational, networking etc.
- Consult and facilitate employer branding activities
- Identify and build team operational processes and training programmes
- Determine key roles and assist with hiring and onboarding team members
- Identify new content, event and partnership opportunities - Host internal team podcast and establish a communications strategy
