Under direct guidance from a representative of the Federal EDA, I outlined a strategy inclusive of multiple leading parties in the region to balance governance of the initiative. Stood up for the IP rights of entrepreneurs in the region.

Project: I helped found an InsurTech startup development in partnership with multiple insurance advisors focused on establishing a means for obtaining insurance via social networking media. This product was working to solve the problems associated with marketing bombardment of insurance consumers doing insurance research. Planning efforts toward gaining capital to fund the initial technology development ultimately fell through and I shelved this idea and pivoted to focus on other projects. Project: Developed marketing strategy for newly developed social networking site, built to connect people with one another based on personality typing. Project: Assisted my spouse in setting herself setup with a Mental Health Practice locally. Evaluated and aligned 3 contract appointment setting agencies who would also handle insurance needs of patients, enabling my spouse to focus solely on counseling without having to market herself. Project: Aligned a local physical therapist and gym owner with Zerapy (AI software company for automating training) and Health Experts Alliance (Consulting Group leveraging physical therapist's skills coaching them to become nationally branded). Project: Strategy consultant for AgTech company seeking to transform U.S. dependence on bamboo grown in country. Project: Assisted cell phone repair retailer in transitioning ownership of a failing store to a nationally recognized brand to refocus on phone accessories, where margins were much higher.

Coached sales leadership on entering the US market with data driven decision making to determine the best GTM strategy. Identified public and privately held Vendor Selection Partners (VSPs), Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) bidding sites, and credentialing agencies for healthcare services. Used data intelligence tools for lead generation and to produce a lean startup approach. Project: Developed GTM strategy and set appointments for Katalon Account Executives. Katalon assumed in starting with 7FA that they needed to sell to new customers. I was able to help redirect them to focus on current enterprise customer success by deepening their partnership with their current clients ultimately leading them to refocus their resources in customer success.

Project: Led instructional and graphic design initiatives for product line and seminar education. Project: Worked with ownership to establish Traction EOS business model for new secondary business to work in continuity with chiropractic office.
