Specific responsibilities included but not limited to configuration of servers and workstations in a domain structure, Microsoft Office, XP Pro, Server 2000-2008 installation and configuration of Microsoft Great Planes, and much more.
Microsoft Great Planes: adding user accounts passwords and permission and limitations in the majority of the accounts.
Microsoft XP, XP Pro Vista, Server 2000-2008 and Windows 7: Set up of user accounts including user names passwords, permission and restrictions on the accounts
Additional responsibilities included implementation and testing of network related activities and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
Technologies handled included but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, and servers, Windows 2003, Exchange Server and much more.
Additional technical accomplishments included installing and configuring UPS among other mission critical tasks necessary to sustain the network infrastructure of G-Lock Heating & Air.
Project management tasks included adaptation of office IT products, negotiation and purchasing of IT related services and solutions
Running trials and Testing new software including: Sharepoint, Hyper-V and other productivity software also software for handheld devices, sensors, meters, and analyzing devices
