Successfully executed Oracle (14 Modules, 3 Countries) to SAP systems migration, including integrations to front end quoting systems, and back end support systems. System manages annual revenue of $2B. Executed full data migration, on time, and on budget. The program was deployed in 6.5 Months, 25% of normal duration. Program impacted all Tier 1 systems (SFDC, Direct, SAP, ITSM) Implemented new Agile based innovation management system for the Americas region. Acting as regional chairman for all business functional changes in the Americas. Developed and deployed new Business Intelligence platforms to drive process and functional KPI's Successfully lead the integration of 350M to 550M legal entities into the larger Americas corporation.

These rollouts were logistics intense, 3 to 8 months in duration, and profitable. • Developed and implemented a complete HR process that achieved a higher quality of new hire, resulting in a reduction in staff turnover by 90%. • Produced and executed a new project management process that ensured the customer scope of work and deliverables were managed accurately from quote to delivery. Customer retention was increased from 80% to 98%. • Implemented new business intelligence that allowed real time profit and loss analysis to be done on a customer, project, and employee level.
