-Created and managed HouseCheck’s mobile and web based application products; led API strategy; applications include payments, on-boarding, training, continued education, communication, scheduling, and more; evaluated strategic partnerships and integration opportunities to improve functionality; cross-departmental organization and coordination
-Built HouseCheck’s lead monetization program; sourced, negotiated, and executed strategic partnerships to monetize leads; designed flow of data to optimize lead distribution and monetization; coordinated with legal, sales, marketing, product, engineering teams and more; worked with development team to create appropriate flow of data and integrations
-Analyzed, validated and developed strategies relating to technology, marketing, operations, data monetization & lead generation, growth strategies, fundraising, products & services, strategic partnerships, business development, and M&A.
