Facilitated monthly Leaders' Power Hour program for existing and future leaders of the company. This Learning & Development series focused on core leadership traits required to foster a sustainable culture. Planned virtual and in-person engagement events including Virtual Quarantine Olympics, End of Year Celebrations, Family Events, Virtual & In-Person Escape Rooms, Moments That Matter Boxes, and Happy Hours to encourage cross-functional collaboration and comradery. Initiated organization's first Wellness Program through partnership with Wellable, encouraging a holistic view of employee wellness including physical, mental, financial, and emotional health. Modernized Benefits Administration Process with streamlined electronic enrollment system (PlanSource) for all new hires and open enrollment periods. Revamped Performance Management process to include a four-pillar quarterly feedback loop for all team members: Self-Evaluation, Leadership Evaluation, Peer Feedback and Team Evaluation. Utilized Power Automate to link various Microsoft-based platforms together for approvals and frequent coaching feedback. Managed all compensation strategy, employee relations concerns and anonymous feedback system (TINYpulse).
