With over 25 year experience in construction and property development, I have been involved in various projects including residential, commercial, office, educational, industrial, off-shore and hospitality developments. Whilst initially trained as a quantum surveyor, I have further developed my career in the field of claim consultancy in Singapore before I joined a hotel group's project management team in 2009 to supervise an oversea development comprising hotel, service apartment, office and retail mall. The extreme cold weather made it a very challenging project in terms of design, construction and operation. Recently I moved to Vancouver and shifted my focus to streamlining QS works with 5D BIM technologies. Whilst I am proceeding the research I am also seeking opportunities to participate in the construction market in Canada.
