I`m a seasoned finance and investment professional with entrepreneurship background. Over the last five years, I have been focusing on the intersection of real estate, hospitality, and venture capital. Most recently, I have spent over two years at Roami, a Miami-based VC-backed Short-Term Rentals operator, managing a real estate portfolio of $500M. Reporting directly to CFO and co-founder, I`ve been handling FP&A, Underwriting and Investor Relations and co-led fundraising campaigns resulting in $15M+ raised. Simultaneously I acted as an advisor for numerous projects in Hospitality Real Estate located in US, Caribbean, UK, EU & Dubai, as well as to multiple tech companies. Previously I have worked for multibillion private equity firms, as well as medium-sized family office performing both buy-side and sell-side activities, independently or as a group leader, having closed numerous deals led personally amounting to over $100M and worked on deals with a total value of $1B+ as a team member. I have also built a decent network of investors ranging from small family offices to global top-tier venture funds. Before moving into investment realm, I have launched two and exited 2 distribution businesses in CIS: Nike distribution ($10M in annual revenue at the moment of sale) and Ice-Watch distribution ($3M annual revenue at peak).
