• GDPR-compliant operations of our key HR processes and systems
• Design and drive HR analytics and dashboards on Bamboo. • Coordinate administration and office management needs and tasks • Employment cycle: stakeholder engagement with different departments for employment cycle: interviewing candidates, onboarding, and offboarding • Coordinate management business needs as appropriate and assigned by the CEO
• HR processes and initiatives, including performance & talent management, compensation planning, staffing, training & development, reward and recognition, and internal communications • Building organization development in terms of an international/diverse company
organizational and workforce effectiveness, efficiency, planning, and execution
• Liaise with other functional managers and coordinate assigned by the CEO
• Assist in the financial management as appropriate and assigned by the CEO however
within the skills and capabilities
• Contribute to the development of Empower's strategies and plans within its own
discipline
