Co-designing, negotiating, and integrating with different areas to ensure business requirements are met, including design, engineering, quality, supply chain, programs, configuration, planning, and production, using methodologies such as Design Sprint, Lean Manufacturing, Set-Based Design, Design for Manufacturing, and Systems Development Lifecycle. Outside of work, I'm passionate about music and philosophy, and I dedicate part of my free time to exploring these topics. I work to identify business processes, map them out, and create models that detail the involved steps, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and performance metrics. My work involves analyzing the current state of a process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. To do this, I use techniques such as process flow analysis, root cause analysis, and statistical process control. Based on the analysis, I make changes to improve process performance, such as simplifying processes, eliminating non-value-added activities, automating manual processes, and reorganizing workflows. I monitor process performance over time, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. This allows me to identify trends, diagnose issues, and make data-driven decisions to improve process performance. I also implement systems and procedures to ensure processes are consistently executed and in accordance with standards and regulations.

The main activities involved in this process include: 1 - Defining manufacturing engineering processes with a lean approach, focused on increasing efficiency, safety, quality, setup sequence, and cost. 2 - Co-designing, negotiating, and integrating with different areas to ensure manufacturing and testability requirements are met, including design, engineering, quality, supply chain, programs, configuration, planning, and production, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Set-Based Design, Design for Manufacturing, and Systems Development Lifecycle. 3 - Preparing work instructions for the preparation, installation, validation, and testing of systems and aircraft parts, defining the best tools, equipment, and parts for execution. This involves experience with 2D and 3D designs and environments such as Catia V5, Delmia, SAP, and MES.
