This is a solution developed based on client needs to help manage events, including venue & booth information, expenses, attendees, activities, assigning tasks, asset management, inventory management, storage, and producing and distributing marketing collateral and more. Lead developer for E-DocuPortal system providing clients with a forms and marketing materials repository. Designed to give businesses the ability to manage, update, print, retire, archive, and distribute critical documents and marketing materials through an enterprise web portal. Items are stored in the repository by item number, item description, revision date and department information. System provides various levels of requisitioning, ordering and approval hierarchy based on the needs of the client. Reports are designed to meet client specifications in order to meet any compliance requirements. Developed mobile app to provide client with ability to create custom forms from the event management system, publish forms, and using the mobile app download the form to the tablet. The critical need was for the client to be able to input data without the need to be connected to the internet. Once data collection was done and the client had access to the internet, the form data could be uploaded to the event management system where a report was accessible and could be saved as an Excel file. Development utilized Xamarin with ASP.Net Core and SQLite and published to both iOS and Android. Assist in development of .NET version of IMAGE system. IMAGE is a web-based document and marketing portal solution that simplifies ordering, fulfillment, shipping and marketing processes for clients. Manage DevOps procedures for publishing updates to Event Management, E-DocuPortal, and ImageNet systems using Azure DevOps. Provide customer support as needed.

Estimated savings of $40,000 by keeping upgrade in-house versus outsourcing. Responsible for maintaining database and overall system and third party add-ons. Managed and provided support for business teams. Responsible for managing multiple ASP.net web applications and supporting databases. These systems are considered part of the MyOrvis Portal and pre-existed prior to my joining Orvis. My responsibilities included providing internal customer support as well as implementing change requests based on business needs. These were built with VB.Net and included: - Absence Request System used for managing PTO and Company Business absences. - Purchase Order and Capital Expenditure Request System - Change Management System for code, application and database installations and updates. - Advertising Request System used for requests to creative department for artwork and marketing or promotional materials. Created Associate Scorecard and Metrics system for Call Center to monitor multiple data metrics - Developed using C#.Net and MSSQL including supporting stored procedures and maintenance programs. - Application was designed to allow supervisors to build custom goal based equations driven by established data metrics to report on associates performance over time.

Designed and developed Meridium Knowledge Center to serve as a lead generation and nurturing tool. All materials in the Knowledge Center are tracked regarding page views and downloads. Created webinar program utilizing WebEx. Manage resources and coordinate with subject matter experts to produce monthly webinars. Implemented eCommerce solution for all Meridium websites. Worked closely with accounting team to setup payment gateway with Authorize.net. Managed online ad campaigns using Google Ad Words. Serve as point of contact for online advertising campaigns with third party advertisers. Manage Search Engine Optimization efforts consistently growing search engine generated traffic. Aug. 1998 - Jan. 2007Roanoke, VAServed as primary graphic artist and designer for Marketing collateral pieces, Sales presentations, Human Resource recruitment collateral, Customer Support brochures and training materials. Starting in 1999 served as Web Master for www.meridium.com In 2003 moved website to database driven site utilizing ASP, VB Script, MS SQL Implemented and managed WebTrends website metric software. Provided support for intranet site utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server 2003 technology and serve as the primary contact person for the Marketing Team’s corporate intranet site. During the initial adoption of the SharePoint technology assisted other departments to design and launch their sites. Assisted with the user interface and experience design of the Meridium V3 APM Software user interface. Responsible for design and creation of icons for the product. Developed multiple interactive multimedia CD-ROMs utilizing various software applications such as Macromedia Authorware, Captivate, Adobe Premier, and Adobe Flash. Assisted with the development of multimedia product demos made accessible on corporate intranet site. Provided training to others in the creation of the demos and provided support as needed.
