This is a solution developed based on client needs to help manage events, including venue & booth information, expenses, attendees, activities, assigning tasks, asset management, inventory management, storage, and producing and distributing marketing collateral and more. Lead developer for E-DocuPortal system providing clients with a forms and marketing materials repository. Designed to give businesses the ability to manage, update, print, retire, archive, and distribute critical documents and marketing materials through an enterprise web portal. Items are stored in the repository by item number, item description, revision date and department information. System provides various levels of requisitioning, ordering and approval hierarchy based on the needs of the client. Reports are designed to meet client specifications in order to meet any compliance requirements. Developed mobile app to provide client with ability to create custom forms from the event management system, publish forms, and using the mobile app download the form to the tablet. The critical need was for the client to be able to input data without the need to be connected to the internet. Once data collection was done and the client had access to the internet, the form data could be uploaded to the event management system where a report was accessible and could be saved as an Excel file. Development utilized Xamarin with ASP.Net Core and SQLite and published to both iOS and Android. Assist in development of .NET version of IMAGE system. IMAGE is a web-based document and marketing portal solution that simplifies ordering, fulfillment, shipping and marketing processes for clients. Manage DevOps procedures for publishing updates to Event Management, E-DocuPortal, and ImageNet systems using Azure DevOps. Provide customer support as needed.

These were built with VB.Net and included: - Absence Request System used for managing PTO and Company Business absences. - Purchase Order and Capital Expenditure Request System - Change Management System for code, application and database installations and updates. - Advertising Request System used for requests to creative department for artwork and marketing or promotional materials. Created Associate Scorecard and Metrics system for Call Center to monitor multiple data metrics - Developed using C#.Net and MSSQL including supporting stored procedures and maintenance programs. - Application was designed to allow supervisors to build custom goal based equations driven by established data metrics to report on associates performance over time.
