I successfully created, implemented and continually refined the businesses strategy as well as the training framework by collaborating and communicating with each department head to ensure we achieve consistency and continuity in our delivery to clients. My Key Achievements include
• Personally, identifying and winning in excess of 3.5million revenue with leading organizations across Financial Services, IT, Energy and Life Sciences.
• Building Active Contractor numbers from 600 to 1,800 over a 5-year period.
• Creating and Implementing a Contractor Care Programme that was solely responsible for improving contractor Retention from 70 to 90%.
• Designing and implementing a new recruitment process and progression program for Talent Acquisition and business development, producing a substantially higher level of homegrown talent with Procorre’s values as well as increasing promotions of internal personnel.
• Coaching, motivating, and developing Business Development Reps and Talent Acquisition executives. which included monthly reviews, quarterly appraisals and annual strategies.
• Improving sales conversion rates by 40%, resulting in an additional 15 million in sales.
• Project Manager and Head of the innovation Hub, which has produced in house products, now utilized by the NHS and several FTSE100 companies.
• Exceeding Quarterly Sales Targets by 120%.
