Prepare weekly/monthly reporting via Power BI & Data Studio;
Oversee JYSK E-commerce platforms technical development and projects related to it;
With a team develop product commercial content across all JYSK digital platforms; Lead operational processes automation to improve availability and order processing speed; Lead UX/UI changes aimed at improving functional and commercial sides of the websites;
Plan and lead SEO/SEM, email, SMS and social media marketing strategy;
Implemented personalized email marketing strategy based on customer behavior across digital channels; Support JYSK global campaigns execution across E-commerce digital channels;
Manage digital marketing and IT partners;
Report to direct and executive management teams on E-commerce development progress;
Cooperate with Retail, Logistics, Buying, IT, CS and Marketing to ensure E-commerce growth;
E-commerce team management – 4 FTEs: Junior project manager, Email & Social media, Content Marketing, Content administration
