• Designed and spearheaded education and certification workshops in both 2022 and 2023, dedicated to supporting the professional growth of colleagues within HTEC; workshops facilitated successful attainment of professional certificates of varying difficulty, including PSM I, PSM II, PSPO I, PSPO II, SPS, PSK, PMI-PMP, and P3.express and achieved 100% success rate, empowering over 150 colleagues.
• Took lead in creating, consistently maintaining, and enhancing comprehensive Job Descriptions for all Project Management positions within HTEC.
• Developed and improved a comprehensive framework for Career Development and Performance evaluation for all Project Management positions in HTEC.
• Devised and orchestrated dynamic and engaging Kanban workshop tailored to needs of more than 70+ colleagues.
