I began my career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where I honed my skills in strategic problem-solving and operational efficiency. My time at McKinsey equipped me with a deep understanding of business dynamics across various industries, allowing me to deliver impactful solutions to complex challenges. Following my consulting career, I transitioned to the role of General Manager at Fave, a leading digital platform in Southeast Asia. Fave was in its startup phase, and I played a crucial role in its journey through raising multiple rounds of funding, navigating its acquisition, and orchestrating a business turnaround from negative to positive EBITDA. I've launched my own startups, mentored several others, and have a deep understanding of business dynamics. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into the startup ecosystem and the critical factors for success. I have mentored several startups, helping them navigate their own journeys. Here are a few highlights: -BeBonobo: Led the team to win a competition, securing 20K SGD seed funding. -Dhaan: A community-operated grain bank model in Indian villages. -FindItNextDoor: Winner of INSEAD Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and Semi-Finalist of INSEAD Venture Competition. I've conducted over 200 sessions for corporate teams and leaders, including those at Fave, Soristic Asia, and Metta Welfare. My mission is to bring out the uniqueness of every startup, promote effortless scaling, and make McKinsey strategies that work for startups and scale-ups readily available. By helping founders avoid common pitfalls, save time and money, and focus on achieving their dreams, I aim to make top-tier consulting accessible to all.
