I am a seasoned HR Business Partner with more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in the financial services industry. Both in client-facing businesses and in a shared services function, I am able to lead a team of HR professionals to deliver and enable the full employee life cycle, aligned to the business strategy. I have a passion for creating a positive and engaging employee experience, cultivating a client centric culture and developing the capabilities and potential of our people. I understand that the future of human resources lies in our ability to add value through data-driven insights. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to partner with business leaders in ensuring that the business strategy is supported and enabled by the people in the business. I am able to execute the functions relating to strategic planning cycles, financial and budget management, risk management and ensuring legislative compliance as it relates to the HR function. My time in the shared services function have confirmed my belief in the value of collaborative partnerships.
