As a career barista and roaster, my expertise are in product development, skills training, and strategy. To be more specific, recipe creation, checklist/policy making, and team management are among my strengths. Additionally, I have experimented/implemented effective business strategies that have significantly increased my company's revenue and customer base. These are learnings from previous work experiences with different companies in F&B, tech, and hospitality. I also have experience writing coffee articles for coffee blogs.
