As a Real Estate Sponsor, Jeff has successfully managed and scaled a diverse real estate portfolio of $30mm AUM which is valued at $169mm upon completion of all developments. Through the creation of disruptive technologies, identifying distressed assets, and cultivating partnerships with accredited investors, RIAs, Family Offices and Private Equity firms, Jeff has owned and scaled 15 SPVs and equity funds to produce 103 units to date; 213 units once all projects are completed. Jeff has achieved 10 total exits delivering a 2.18x equity multiple and 147.13% IRR to investors in addition to 4 refinances garnering a 96.36% ROI and 85.69%
