Taking complete care of the Operations department Essential Job Functions: Leading the Operations department, consisting of a Financial and BO Manager, Admin guru, Developer and IT infraction supervisor, consulting a lawyer on legal matters Other duties: Ensuring the effective operation of the National Office and its processes Providing process support to the team of program managers Overseeing the creation of content and methodology for training sessions Maintaining regular communication with the team of trainers Coordinating and managing the licensing process Overseeing all email communication related to licensing Drafting internal directives and improving process efficiency Hiring and supervising the onboarding of new team members at the National Office Coordinating regular communication with payroll processors, accountants, auditors, and a lawyer for revision of legal documents and procedures Supervising the development of digital tools for automation, business expansion, IT support, adherence to GDPR regulations, work safety, and HR Supervising the setup of incentive and commission structures Overseeing the logistical setup for training, managed by the event manager Supervising the preparation of materials for accounting and the HR agenda by the Financial and Backoffice Manager Collaborating with program managers to expand and provide training to teams of trainers Participating in creating a strategy for the development of teachers involved in the program Assisting the event manager with internal communication and the organization of ceremonial events Assisting in the setup and operation of a CRM system Language: English / German / Slovak Branch: Informal education
