Jan. 2011 - Dec. 2014- Ultimately responsible for interactive UX strategy across all platforms. - Owner of in-house usability research program, including test design, moderation and analysis. - Introduced Responsive Design to company and helped implement it in 2014.
- Created new prioritization process for QVC digital commerce, helping to determine which projects to complete with limited resources, based on impact to the customer as well as QVC global priorities.
- Partner closely with product managers, business analysts, information architects and web designers to develop standards and best practices for user-centered design that focuses on helping shoppers achieve their goals when they visit QVC.
