• Organized project outcomes, performance indicators and deliverables in close communication with the office of the Assistant Vice President of Teaching and Learning
• Developed grant applications in collaboration with High Level education institutional directors, industry executive directors, and community leaders for cross functional impact funding
• Worked closely with the Manager of Programs and Development in the Health Leadership and Learning network to refine and implement assessment frameworks to refine the quality of education offered in the unit’s digital credentials
• Liaised with multiple badge providers to create documentation outlining the value proposition for use and adaptation for different kinds of educational frameworks at the university level
• Trained and managed special project assistants to execute and implement strategies to augment the delivery of various projects
• Integral to the development of digital credentials that target adult learners by synthesizing adult learning principles with other frameworks of pedagogy such as Problem Based Learning, Competency based education, and the gamification of education via digital badging systems
• Worked with instructors to refine the assessment processes of our digital credentials to include principles of EDI and academic quality/integrity in our digital credential offerings
• Controlled, managed, and allocated line items in a budget of $200,000 to ensure project success
• Worked with the Manager of Marketing, and Director of the Health Leadership and Learning network collaboratively to inform policy, implementation, and course design
