As a Senior Systems Analyst, I was responsible for implementing the Benner Legal System, increasing efficiency in legal processes. When I was promoted to Systems Coordinator, I worked as Scrum Master for the Supplier Portal and Transport Control Tower Squads, as a facilitator between Business and Technology, leading the creation of features that reduced scheduling time from 15 days to less than 5 minutes and increased the volume of financial advances by 30%, reaching R$2 million in 2021. In addition, I implemented improvements in tracking and management reports, optimizing decision-making.
As Systems Manager, I led two teams simultaneously: the aforementioned squads and the Omnichannel Support team, totaling 28 people under my direct management.
As N2 Omnichannel Support Leader, I led the support of sales applications, reducing support tickets by 90% in one year, a result recognized by all stores for the high quality standard maintained for three years.
In addition, I participated in people development initiatives, such as the People Pillar and the Climate Committee, creating the monthly Tech Day event to promote integration and continuous growth of teams, where we demonstrate that the technology team delivers value to its customers.
In 2022, I was invited by the Holding @ADEO to join the team in France, where I led the implementation of an onboarding application for new suppliers, adopted in the business units in Portugal and Spain, with specific adaptations for the unit in Italy.
Upon returning to Brazil, I acted as a facilitator between the supplier Unigis and @Leroy Merlin Brasil, ensuring the successful completion of the tracking and Middle Mile platform, contributing to the efficiency of the company's supply chain and logistics.
