• Responsible for attainment of vehicle wholesale/retail unit sales, vehicle option revenue, and all related sales objectives.
• Instruct dealers in developing sales structures, guidelines and processes including all related activities for vehicles sales, which are determined to be most appropriate for the market
• Develop and implement a pro-active market representation plan for the region to ensure all dealers’ placement and facility requirement issues are addressed.
• Responsible for the development and execution of the Market Target Plans, • Support in the coordination of training to dealership general managers, sales managers, and sales people on product knowledge and selling techniques on an ongoing basis. • Responsible for quota management, order processing, demand projections, sales forecasting, sales & stock monthly reporting and assist in developing of product and pricing concepts for the region.
