Apr. 2011 - Jan. 2012Austin, Texas Area · On-site• This position is responsible for all order management transactions, which include: order entry, RMA processing, Sales Exception creation, monitoring order cycle time and managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process. Support of these accounts includes, but is not limited to: data entry, order status, problem order resolution, billing inquiries and resolution, returns and exchanges, shipment tracking, other post sales activities, and problem solving.
• Providing custom service support and related activities for Apple’s Education customers. Must be able to communicate information accurately and provide daily management of post-sales issues and activities for assigned Education accounts. • Interacts directly with customers and works cross-functionally with Apple Accounts Receivable, Logistics, the warehouse staff, and other internal departments; to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment and sales support cycle.
