- Instrumentation of molded lines, candy bar and chocolate dough supply sector focused on Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Pipe Revamping (2.3 mioBRL) - Readjustment of pipes for loading liquor and cocoa butter: Management, planning and execution of the project with a team of about 20 people between mechanical, electrical and automation to readjust the product loading circuit and new safety systems of the operation releasing lifelines, installation of mechanical elements that assist handling utensils for loading and unloading raw material for chocolates. Revitalization of the Caçapava Pilot Plant (5 mioBRL) - Management, implementation and control of the revitalization project of the pilot plant of the Nestlé chocolate factory, contemplating the structural civil revamping, new equipment, utensils, pipes and electrical systems, with a team of about 20 people. Credit Design - Candy Bar line flexibilization - Study aiming at the flexibilization of candy bar line for the production of products with white chocolate, milk and dark, applying concept of optimized circuit of ring feeding with one temper machine. Food Safety NR12 (2mioBRL) - Installation of NR12 in candy bar lines and molded with a focus on access reduction, aiming to increase the safety of operation and prevention of foreign bodies.
