Serviced Offices enthusiatic, experienced on serviced offices management and consulting with track record on corporate clients office allocation and project management, such as Uber, TripAdvisor, HBO, Bolt, MTV, Fujifilm, Accor Hotels, FRVR, and many others. My journey as part of the flexible and serviced offices market started back in 2015 in central Lisbon, when I co-founded Goldenhub (currently Maleo). Starting at 3000sqf/300sqm of leased office, which later expanded to become the second largest Serviced Offices Operator in Lisbon (just behind IWG). In 2020 I left Maleo and started a different journey as a consultant for WorkplaceCompass, with operations based in Portugal and Spain. From our Lisbon offices we helped operators understand how to best work with their market and helped clients finding their new workspaces. Another adventure started in May 2021 when Nimbler was born. With several years of experience in the European office market, it was time to explore different prospects overseas. Our journey began in Miami and Chicago, after discovering two key locations that needed to be reinvented and here we are with Spaces and teams in the USA, Spain and Portugal.
