As an IT Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry at Haleon, I played a pivotal role in managing and executing critical IT projects. One of my most notable achievements was leading the Separation project, where I successfully oversaw the transition of infrastructure and operations from Pfizer to GSK. This involved meticulous planning and coordination to ensure a seamless and efficient separation. In addition to the Separation project, I spearheaded the development of new IT infrastructure for several sites. This initiative was crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that the technological foundation was robust and scalable. My role required extensive collaboration with five different regions, encompassing a total of 24 sites, which demanded strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex, multi-regional challenges. My efforts in these projects not only facilitated smooth transitions and infrastructure enhancements but also significantly contributed to the overall IT strategy and operational effectiveness in the company
