Implement, foster, and monitor company-wide initiatives to ensure short/long-term growth, including building company core values and culture. Provide quarterly reporting to CEO & Board. Operations: Oversee daily operations of marketing, sales, reseller channel, implementation, professional development, and support. Assist content development and product/software development with QA testing. Balance high-quality service delivery with cost-cutting strategies to decrease operational expenses, when possible. Analyze human resources and existing processes for potential streamlining, process improvement, or automation to increase efficiency and save time. Develop playbooks and job aides for system/process documentation and staff training. Implement and maintain various company-wide systems, including GSuite, Solve CRM, SalesForce, Slack, ZenDesk, and MailChimp. Conduct staff onboarding/offboarding, staff training, and annual performance reviews. Marketing: Collaborate with marketing staff to develop digital/social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, blog) marketing, monthly email campaign messaging and digital assets, conference booth design/set up, collateral, and podcasts/webinars. Track performance and evaluate efficacy (ROI) via clicks/impressions/interactions/leads. Manage integration of SalesForce with MailChimp for targeted email campaigns, audience segmentation, and website lead generation. Sales: Develop territory/region sales plans to support new/renewal/expansion revenue goals. Hire, coach, and manage sales team members. Build, enhance, and scale sales pipeline (including reseller channel) via SalesForce. Conduct sales demo presentations to build brand/product awareness to generate warm leads. Conduct cold calls using inside sales strategies. Oversee revenue, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and renewal rates.
