I am an experienced senior educational leader, SENCo, and Ministry of Education Certified PLD Provider based in New Zealand, specialising in inclusive practice, neurodiversity, leadership development, system-level change, and innovation in AI in education. With a background spanning senior leadership, behaviour and wellbeing systems, and cross-school change initiatives, I work alongside schools and Kāhui Ako to design sustainable, strengths-based, and culturally grounded learning environments where all ākonga can thrive. My work integrates emerging artificial intelligence tools thoughtfully and ethically into education systems — not as a replacement for good teaching, but as a strategic enabler. I develop AI-supported solutions that reduce teacher workload, strengthen personalised learning pathways, automate aspects of IEP and IBP development, and create structured supports for neurodiverse learners. I am particularly interested in the intersection of inclusion, wellbeing, and intelligent systems — ensuring that innovation enhances equity rather than widening gaps. My approach combines practical classroom credibility with strategic thinking, enabling schools to build environments that are inclusive, adaptive, and future-ready.
