Show Package Management: Assisted VP and Art Directors with the management and delivery of show packages for major tentpole events like the BET Awards, Hip Hop Awards, Black Girls Rock!, Soul Train Awards, and Social Awards. Created budget estimates and timelines for on-air deliverables for production and third-party vendors. On-Air Promo Management: Assisted with the management and delivery of on-air requests for promos, including lower thirds, end pages, title cards, and show packages. Legal Compliance & Rights Management: Ensured adherence to protocols regarding legal rights, usage licenses, and embargo of assets. Budget Management: Managed budgets as set forth by the Director of Production. Vendor Management: Sourced and managed outside vendors, coordinated daily workflow, and handled contracts, estimates, invoicing, and shipping of finished materials to clients. Workflow Coordination: Reviewed, assigned, and managed workflow of all requests, including assigning copywriters, designers, and approvers for each. Asset Management: Maintained the local shared drive with updated information on all show and network logos, and shared final approved creative with teams.
