- Pre-sale - Training and Certification of Products, review and control of proposals.
o Development of technological solutions for the end customer.
o Follow-up of the commercial area with prospects.
o Understanding of IT market needs.
o Training to sales area.
o Preparation of product benchmarks.
o Analysis of product functionalities.
o Strategies with Partners and Analysis and Rates Management to reduce costs in proposed solutions.
o Definition of the Annual Marketing Strategy in conjunction with its coordination
o Review and Approval of Presentations and Brochures
o Review and Approval of content on Social Networks
o Demand generation through targeted webinars
o Monitoring of demand generation and leads granted to the commercial area
o Make presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept. Provide recommendations based on current product portfolio and solution architecture.
o Follow-up of strategic alliances to improve times, prices and support to push commercial closings.
o Provide information on the content of products, competitors, jointly generate market penetration strategies
