Secondary support for: Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, UK July,August & September 2016: Secondment to Prague - MAT cover & training new HR team member in Prague • Support acquisition processes, drafting contracts for converts, preparing transition letters, calculating redundancy payments, working closely with finance and benefits teams.
• Handle the on-boarding and exit processes; organise new starters' first day, coordinate and run a short HR induction.
• Preparation of employment documents and processing of employment status changes (e.g. contracts of employment, domestic and international transfers, letters to confirm changes of terms, terminations).
• In charge of tracking probations and preparing references across all locations in EMEA, making sure local legal requirements are followed.
• Maintain and update accurately all HR records, systems, user guides and internal policies.
• Partnering with HRIS team to submit data changes in line with internal payroll deadlines.
• Manage the tracking of absences and administration of the time and attendance tool.
• Coordinate the administration of local benefits (outside of Company standard benefits) and respond to benefit related enquiries from employees.
• Support the processing of payroll, ensuring data accuracy and responding to employee queries regarding pay. Partner with international payroll team to ensure all payroll input is captured and audited.
• Support local HR Manager and EMEA HR Operations team with any project work.
• Constantly review and suggest improvements for all admin processes and ways of working
