I have been working in manufacturing industries since 2018. I have knowledge of manufacturing engineering, S&OP, production planning and scheduling and production execution, where I was able to implement fine planning software in semi-finished product factories, integrated with the SAP system, in the logistics and planning segments. I am currently part of the project team implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP PP/DS, which has allowed me to develop skills in negotiation, strategic planning, developing new processes and managing relationships with customers and suppliers, as well as leading work teams. Ethics, commitment and teamwork are values that I highlight.

Apr. 2022 - Jun. 2023- Analyze daily the product mix from reports and graphs with information generated by the system, in order to prepare the production planning to meet the demand generated by the commercial area and headquarters; - Control daily the volume of products produced, using analysis of indicators, to verify the fulfillment of production planning, in order to report information for decision making; - Prepare the daily sequencing of production in the manufacturing units, according to the volume and mix planned in the month, meeting the sales demand and inventory coverage; - Generate daily indicators related to pending sales, production delays, performance and inventory status, in order to support decisions in KPI meetings and information for High Management; - Participate daily in KPI meetings with factories to check the progress of production, analyzing any problems, seeking solutions to comply with the planned production; - Plan production according to the current shif model, analyzing working days, vacation periods, weekends and overtime days in order to comply with the annual production planning; - Plan daily the production volume of the factories according to the installed capacity, analyzing machines, materials and labor, in order to meet the production mix; - Prepare, schedule and coordinate capacity analysis meetings with production and support areas, organizing the resulting activities, having with a view to the fulfillment and leveling of production in the short and medium term (3, 6 and 12 months); - Schedule the coverage of product inventories, through the analysis of the factory's available production capacity and sales volume, according to the global inventory coverage guidelines.
