As a Senior Manager in the Payroll and HR departments, I coordinate payroll processes for our clients and human resource management for RSM, ensuring that all processes comply with legal requirements and are implemented efficiently and transparently. I oversee the activities of the Payroll team members, managing a diverse client portfolio. I analyze and optimize internal processes, ensuring that the solutions provided are scalable and efficient. I work closely with clients' accounting and legal departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations. I provide strategic support to RSM management as well as to assigned clients in developing effective human resources policies and strategies. I lead the implementation of innovative digital solutions for payroll management and HR administration. The most significant project in this area was coordinating the implementation of a new payroll software in 2022 within the Payroll BPO department; this implementation involved migrating over 100 databases to the new system. In the two years since I took over the HR management for RSM, I have introduced an onboarding process (and an onboarding online path), a referral bonus system, a leadership evaluation process for the company's leadership, and worked on increasing RSM's visibility among students and graduates of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (ASE). I enjoy streamlining processes, so I transitioned employee performance evaluations to a digital format and implemented new objectives and evaluation criteria, working closely with the management of RSM.
