- Product management of two legacy customer relationship systems while building a strategy to move to a single centralised model
- Virtualisation and consolidation of our infrastructure, including co-location with two external data centres in Australia and USA for high availability
- Significant improvements in development processes improving quality and time to market. This was achieved by standardising on technology and Agile project management methodology, while working with our current vendors and stakeholders to improve requirements and specifications along with communication and documentation
- Delivery of $0.5m project to whitebrand our core exchange product with key USA partner
- Drove strategy to rebrand and modernise all company websites including an 18 month project to significantly overhaul of daelive.com. Improvements include usability and a mobile ready solution focussing on member interaction through the website and social media
- Relocated 180 staff (including desktops, printers and other devices) along with a server room to new building which was purpose built for the call centre operations in Australia
- Merging separate IT departments from Classic Holidays and Dial An Exchange which involved considerable change management
Implementation of SAP as a Business intelligence tool, providing ad-hoc reporting and dashboards to managers in each office
- Implemented Voice over IP technology, reducing maintenance and support costs while improving service to our call centre
- Streamlined operational support by building helpdesk capability, implementing change control and server monitoring
