During my tenure between 2010 and 2018, I oversaw the planning and execution of a comprehensive capital campaign exceeding a $50M goal 18 months ahead of schedule. I also delivered leadership and development strategies to increase fundraising gift revenue by 202% in one year. A few of my accomplishments included achieving record annual gift giving revenue by over $1M in one year, optimized onboarding, training and retention resulting in a 70% increase in staff retention and satisfaction, and increased fundraising 178% by conceptualizing and designing strategic direction to increase inter-departmental synergy.
