Jul. 2016 - Feb. 2018Greater Philadelphia AreaI worked for the West Chester University Foundation for ten years, in this particular position it was my responsibility to use my expertise in leadership giving and gift planning to manage an individual prospect portfolio of 150+ constituents and oversee all fundraising including the development of strong donor relations for both annual fundraising and capital campaigns. During my tenure between 2010 and 2018, I oversaw the planning and execution of a comprehensive capital campaign exceeding a $50M goal 18 months ahead of schedule. I also delivered leadership and development strategies to increase fundraising gift revenue by 202% in one year. A few of my accomplishments included achieving record annual gift giving revenue by over $1M in one year, optimized onboarding, training and retention resulting in a 70% increase in staff retention and satisfaction, and increased fundraising 178% by conceptualizing and designing strategic direction to increase inter-departmental synergy.

I built and maintained relationships with constituents and developed strategic funding requests, implemented fundraising campaigns, and achieved gift revenue goals. I was proud to have served as a creative resource in identifying and developing new methods of donor communication through cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies. I really enjoyed mentoring developing staff on major gift prospect pool development, gift closure and stewardship.
