Feb. 2016 - Feb. 2020Zürich Area, Switzerland• Key leadership role of a 30-member team in 7 European locations with overseeing Claims Operations in the European, Middle East and African regions. • Member of the EMEA Operations Management Committee and the Global Claims Management Committee. • Ensured and maintained Claims Management support, including creating financials, new claims, and providing regulatory support as well as ITC and AML reviews. • Facilitated the reorganization of the team to end 70% of all open claims in the region (11,000), resulting in cost-appropriate, high-quality service to clients. • Led the design, creation and implementation of Artificial Intelligence to analyse, review and reclassify all incoming documents to raise levels of productivity. • The team currently administers a 100% higher transaction volume with the same FTE count over three years. • Increased efficiency allowed yielded higher transaction volume without an increase in staff at a 20% savings.
