Client Acquisition & Account Management Act as the primary contact for enterprise clients (corporates, SMEs, government, etc.) requiring ISP/NAP solutions (dedicated internet, leased lines, colocation, cloud connectivity, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (IT heads, CTOs, network managers). Conduct needs assessments and propose customized connectivity solutions (e.g., fiber, MPLS, SD-WAN). 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for ISP/NAP services. Identify upsell opportunities (e.g., bandwidth upgrades, added security, multi-location networks). Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and handle pricing discussions. Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to design scalable network solutions. 3. Market Expansion & Partnerships Prospect and onboard new clients in sectors like finance, education, healthcare, and retail. Develop partnerships with local ISPs, data centers, and telecom providers to expand reach. Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., 5G, IoT, cloud connectivity demands). 4. Technical Liaison & Project Coordination Work with network operations teams (NOC) to ensure seamless service delivery and SLA adherence. Troubleshoot client issues (latency, outages) by coordinating with technical support. Oversee installation timelines and client onboarding processes. 5. Reporting & Compliance Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) for sales pipelines and client interactions. Provide reports on sales performance, churn rates, and market feedback. Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and internal policies.
