Jul. 2020 - Jun. 2024London, England, United KingdomWork collaboratively with team members to design, develop and configure a salesforce solution that meet requirements for all businesses that are part of Reech Corporations Group (RCG) and provide general support to the Group’s growing communications function. -Create objects, custom fields, drop downs and workflows -Configure Salesforce.com to meet user requirements or design specifications
-Responsible for all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, data maintenance, security setup, validations, assignment rules, sharing rules, record types, list views, reports and dashboards.
-Produce and maintain targeted dashboards for each part of RCG
-Responsible for all data upload of new Contacts and Accounts
-Assist with marketing campaigns on Pardot -Assist with the analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation across all functional areas of the business
-Responsible for ensuring data integrity i.e. it remains clean and meets our internal guidelines
-Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all internal stakeholders
-Contribute to the development of process documentation
-Comply with any regulatory and compliance obligations as deemed fit by the Group PR, communications and investor relations -Assist with planning communication campaigns with our 3rd party provider across our platforms (LinkedIn, websites, etc)
-Assist in creating and updating content such as press releases & presentations
-Assist in organising webinars and events
-Liaise closely with the Group Companies to manage their comms and IR requirements
