Mar. 2014Ukraine, Cyprus, SpainKidIT (https://www.facebook.com/kidit.cyprus) is a trendsetter in family tech education for children aged 5-13, with the mission to empower kids shift from passive technology consumers to active creators by guiding them through the process of creating their own products (games etc)with their further presentation at international IT and gaming conferences. *Presented in 3 countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Spain) with developed franchise program *KidIT.WORLD works as a social project with free classes to families and support of IT-companies KEY FEATURES 1) Deeper than just coding, it's laying the bases of product mindset, with developing of both hard skill and 4С soft skills (creativity, communication, collaboration, critical thinking) 2) Immersive learning experiences (classes inside IT-companies, Kids Games Hackathons, Kids expo zones at International IT and gaming conferenсes) 3) Parent community - a networking club through children and a great assistance for newcomers to feel home here 4) New type of Ninja educators. Multicultural, young. active, intensively trained international team of 5 different nationalities, with personalized approach to every kid. 5) Heart and Social responsibility side Accomplishments: * Grew project from startup to stable company with our own franchise program in 3 countries: Ukraine (15 Ukrainian cities), Cyprus, Spain with 3500 families enrolled in the program. * Created the new type of Ninja-educators with profound program of their education and motivation and grew the team from 3 up to 102 persons *Formed and supported international community of child-and-tech-oriented families so as to foster changes in modern education * Formed the strategy for cross-border, multicultural partnerships with international institutions and IT companies * Initiated kids nominations in the biggest gaming events with kids showcase zones (Casual Connect (LosAngeles), White Nights (Amsterdam), GamesGathering (Kyiv), Cyprus IT-Forum(Limassol)

(www.socialityrocks.com) - was an organizer of high-level international events (Conferences, Forums, Congresses etc), dealed with technology and innovations, IT and gamedev, agrotech, edtech, marketing etc. Our main goal was to build effective platforms for gathering right community, in right places with right networking and top content, using events as an effective tool for building business worldwide. Accomplishments: * 6 Sociality Rocks! conferences in Kyiv, Moscow and San Francisco, that gathered more than 4000 participants. * During the period of its functioning we were the first and only Eastern European social event, held in 3 countries (Ukraine (Kyiv), Russia (Moscow) and USA (San-Francisco) that helped to build bridges between world market and Eastern European developers. * Optimized work with remote team, located in 4 different countries that helped to organize the global events for 3 month. * Worked for hire for Live Mobile!
