• Define Continuous Improvement projects, aligned with corporate goals and business needs;
• Lead improvement projects by using problem solving methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, SMED, VSM);
• Conduct training, coaching and mentoring of Continuous Plant Improvement teams (DMAIC, Kaizen, SMED, VSM and Problem Solving activities);
• Establish partnerships with the entire plant leadership, from the executive, technical and operational levels;
• Make daily, weekly and monthly reports of the plant indicators;
