Interview senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce needed content. Manages freelance writers and designers and service in a project management role to ensure content is produced at a high-level, on-time and under budget. Work with senior counterparts in Sales, Product, Customer Support and other departments to identify opportunities to integrate marketing messages targeting clients and assist with content needs. Experience producing content for B2B campaigns including landing pages, emails, Infographics, social media campaigns, advertisements, and digital properties as needed. Partner with various teams to develop thought leadership content for our client newsletter.
