In addition to reviewing M & E reports submitted, I document all work and maintain complete files. I am required to improve data quality and align it with reporting requirements. Data is analysed and interpreted to facilitate consideration of progress and impact of programme objectives, service delivery areas and activities. I am required to inform management about programme progress and impact. My areas of accountability include HR support and M & E quality assurance. I support the Executive Director and HR Generalist in the recruitment and induction of new staff, and I ensure that all staff are skilled to perform their functions within the organisation. I ensure operational excellence and quality of M & E service delivery, and I support fundraising for the organisation.
