Manage onboarding and offboarding process for new volunteers. - Succession planning and volunteer recruitment - Maintain volunteer pipeline - Directly oversee all volunteer recognition opportunities at Yale SOM. - Directly oversee and deliver the Donaldson Alumni Leadership Summit and Donaldson Fellow Program for honoring outstanding SOM alumni and volunteers. - Manage alumni visit program.
