Successfully launched fundraising campaigns to support SCGA’s participation in annual regional golf tournaments in the Caribbean. Organized and ran major annual Tournaments, including the St Croix Open. Successfully raised more than $300,000 through charity Tournaments for local businesses including The Queen Louise Home for the Children, Coral Reef Academy, Nana Baby home for the Children, St Croix Animal Shelter, Virgin Island Olympic Committee, St Croix Environmental Association, The Women’s Coalition of St Croix and many others.

The Golf Course, grounds and facilities suffered significant damage from 2 Category 5 hurricanes in late 2017 and had been struggling to stay operational for the previous 10 years. Reported directly to Board of Directors and responsible for all Golf Club Operations including Golf Course, Pro Shop, Grounds and Maintenance, Restaurant, Bar, and special events. Restructured the business, hired and trained all new staff and restored the golf course to the best condition it has been in for past 2 decades. Prior to the Covid 19 pandemic, revenues grew to the highest level in the past 10 years, membership’s increased by 300% and rounds played per year were at highest level in the past 2 decades.
