religious and civil leaders and others to present the Army as an employment and career opportunity. Discusses individual aims and goals to include security, personal aptitudes, training opportunities, job satisfaction
and stability, advancement, prestige, and military life. Assists in market research and analysis of recruiting footprint and makes appropriate recommendations to the station commander. Experience working on a long-term program requiring fast-paced candidate sourcing, submittal, and hires. Manages multiple program reporting portfolios to maintain an accurate timeline of the candidate hiring process and progression. Tracked staffing roster, including current team, upcoming hires, and team vacancies. Opened and managed new requisitions.
