Participated in business process redesign, including introducing SharePoint custom lists as a way to manage global marketing budgets and activities, internal requests, the collateral library, and events. Executed multi-channel B2B marketing programs for lead generation, thought-leadership, e-commerce, nurturing, and retention objectives. Coordinated and marketed webinars, with up to 1,000 registrants and 700 attendees. Produced and marketed Platts forums in the Americas region for the power/gas sector. Engaged in ongoing content creation such as marketing collateral and sales enablement tools. Determined and executed event marketing for both internal and external conferences. Secured advertising and developed ads for web and print advertising.
