Experience in customer segmentation, targeting, creative and production. • Analytics: Identify KPI for each digital channel. Utilize web analytics tools to track and measure performance, and making adjustments to improve retention and conversion. Must set goals for business. • Continually researching new ideas to engage our online shoppers with compelling and interactive experiences, stay abreast with market trend, new technologies and software. • Manage online marketing and promotional calendars, including Email, Integrated campaigns and promotional offers.
