Jan. 2012 - May. 2020Neenah, WII create and update all month-end reports and analyze those reports to determine changes in lead or guest traffic, missed opportunities, etc. I complete the new hire systems set up for the Guest Service Center as well as for our 26 dealerships, and have designed multiple Google Forms, Sheets, and other processes to assist all of our stores in communication, creating a smooth on board for new hires. Iβm currently also the executive assistant to our Fixed Operations Vice President; monitoring his emails, calendar, fixed ops performance, supporting him, and our stores, achieve their goals monthly. In addition, Iβve assisted in the build and set up of our new CRM and service scheduling system, DealerSocket; as well as independently completed system set up as we switched back to our previous scheduling system for service, creating a smooth transition for our guest services team and our 26 service departments.
