Looking to connect with the community, and offer an out of school mindful approach to art , Art Mind was born, with a focus on injecting creativity and mindfully disconnecting from the digital life that surrounds us. Our space, an original Post Office, has a dedicated professional art studio, as well as workshop spaces that will host art experiences that engage both adults and children.
Art workshops and courses are designed bring art into your home to inspire and build confidence through creativity. Alisha is a professional abstract Artist and mum to two busy boys. Working in the art field professionally for the past decade, Alisha works on a commission basis to create one of a kind artworks for homes across Australia
Alisha finds inspiration in surrounding landscapes, flora, fashion and interiors, her pieces comprise of layers of paint, markings and textures from mixed mediums such as acrylic, ink and pastel. Alisha's artworks are infused with energy and emotion, focusing on the use of bold lines, shapes and contrasting colours that convey a sense of calm, balanced curiosity.
Alisha will be hosting and overseeing the art workshops whilst running her own studio practice.
